Top Film & TV Apps on Unified Platform in Qatar, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the film and television app market in Qatar showed interesting trends across the top five applications. This analysis provides insights into their downloads and active user metrics, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Novo Cinemas experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at 1.4K and ending the quarter at approximately 652. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, hovering around 2.8K at the start and closing the quarter with about 2K users.

VOX Cinemas App saw a peak in downloads reaching 1.1K in mid-September, though it declined to 346 by the end of the quarter. Its active user base also peaked at 2.3K in September before settling at 1.5K.

TodayTix – Broadway Tickets had modest download numbers, starting at 52 and ending at 49. Active users showed a slight increase from 222 to 225 over the quarter.

muvi Cinemas experienced a notable peak in downloads during early August with 149, though numbers later dropped to 14 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, with a peak in early August at 197, declining to 64 by the quarter's end.

FLIK CINEMAS & ENTERTAINMENT had minimal download activity, recording only a few downloads each week and ending with 6 by late September.
